      @GamersNexus  Před 2 lety +176

      I think I first started really caring when I got into mountain biking. I'd see my favorite trails just get bulldozed every year and think of the displacement of all the wildlife I used to see at those trails, normally for something not particularly useful or for something so buried in bureaucracy that they'd tear down far more trees than necessary.

    • @K4rgo

      Just buying a traditional, non-proprietary PC can already be considered environmental friendly consumer. Even if you upgrade or donate it, the standardized components of PC makes it easier to reuse or reconditioned. That's why easy to repair products is the way to go because it lowers our carbon footprint and at the same time help less fortunate people thru donating old PC & laptops.

Thanks for the valuable information you guys provide with every review… Side note: I’m really enjoying that the new office seems like it might let you guys move around a bit more while filming and not just be stuck at the small set like before. Adds some variety and extra energy to the videos!

    I'm glad we learned the line between useful hardware and e-waste - I took a few older machines to Kramden a while back, but the newest was a 1st gen i5 so they probably all got shredded. Not that I fault them for the decision, just next time I'll try to include either a donation or something they can actually use. Thank you for sharing the tour with us!

    I love the shift in tone with some of these recent videos, some lighter and more fun vlog style videos. A good balance for the usual straight and no nonsense reviews that drew me in. Also, I’m really tempted to buy that pre-detonated power supply to put on my shelf with other collectibles and autographed items lol. If I ever start making serious videos I think I’d include it in some way lol.
