I have one question: why one would want one of these kind of handhelds (any brand) anyway? Performance is not there, battery life is not there, ergonomy is not there, sooo why? I am okay if someone would enjoy a 720p lowpreset game for like an hour, but come on, really? And the neat part is for the msi one is the need for a proper dock and charger combo for like +200 usd. So, for 1k you have a somewhat usable something. Really nice!

I use my old 1080ti gaming rig as my media machine for my TV now and I can see myself still getting many, many more years out of it.

My brother got an Asus rog pc with an 2070 super and I was cleaning it out cuz there obviously isn't enough air flow so the dust accumulation is wild. you can't even add another fan and the one on there was also 80mm. And there was an entire ecosystem living in the blower style 2070

I have fond memories of my 2017 4x 1080ti waterforce threadripper build that got 3rd highest overall 3dmark score in the world. I had to run 2x AX1200w PSUs to power it. I couldn’t imagine using one these days though, even back then a single 1080 ti couldn’t game at 4k. I did sell them for $300 usd each when the 2080ti came out and my 3dmark score went down as I could only run 2 of them instead of 4. Google my username there are articles about my 3dmark score from back then.

RTX3050 is fair replacement of GTX1650. it also does not need 6 or 8 pin power connector and overall performance of RTX3050 is better.

My 1080Ti is still going strong after 7 years of 8-12 hour days. It was my main work and gaming machine for years. At work I use the GPU, usually for hashcat and virtual machines. Then, after work it's used for gaming. For work I've upgraded to an i9/4090 this year, but I don't plan to upgrade the my gaming rig for another 2 years. No issues yet, nothing I can't run. (I'm happy with 30 fps for many games. I never saw a difference between 30 and 60, even if some people get offended by the notion that I can't)

On pressure map there's a box "pass 4". Billet labs "production sample" has been tested only once, both for CPU and GPU? Anyway. On one side, a review, detailed and technical one. On the other side, a touch too "nice", considering price point and "good but not wonderful performances. IMVHO Billet Labs needs to improve also production steps, for scale down some price. Godspeed, Billet Labs, keep improving.

Bought a Torrent, and... Wow, I have to say I'm disappointed. My 420mm AIO did not fit in it, despite them advertising 420mm AIO compatibility. Moreover, I was very disappointed by the build quality? Everything feels so plasticky and cheap... compared to the North's wood, brass and metal. Ended up returning it, very unfortunate.

I had an EVGA 1080Ti FTW3 and a couple years ago upgraded to the EVGA 3080Ti FTW3 and put the 1080Ti in my wife's computer. It still plays EVERYTHING she plays, even at 1440 resolution with settings on High. Odds are, she'll still be running it 3-4 years from now.

The acoustic room sounds like a nice touch if you were a case manufacturer and want testing during your development process, but as a consumer I cannot relate to the outcome of those tests at all. What does it mean to me that the case shows a certain decibel lever at X hz of frequency? I have no idea, I'm more interested in "does the configuration and the need for thermal cooling make a noticable noise during normal and demanding loads?" I would appreciate a bit more subjective opinions, maybe in the end of the video on each parameter which is important for the consumer. Like PITA, thermals, acoustics etc.

Not quite the same, but I think my GTX 1070 is probably one of my favorite cards I've ever owned. I still have it, it sits in the secondary PC with the 2070 in the primary. The 2070 isn't a whole lot faster.

Steve, Just getting back into PC building after a 12 year break. When I stopped, EK was THE leader in water cooling. I had no idea this was going on with the company. I almost went with a full EK water build in my latest build, but noticed the price hikes and started doing more research into EK and what is going on. This video really drives home what I have suspected. As for GN, I have to say that since I have been back into the pc world, your channel has given me great insight on what is what with pc and tech in general.
