not because she looks 'bad' or botched (although those huge b00bies are a bit out there). but because here is one of the world's most beautiful women, who has built her entire fortune and success on being so beautiful - and yet even SHE feels the need to tweak herself. smaller nose, bigger lips, bigger b00bs. and in doing so, she's turning into a caricature of herself. it makes me sad for her. here's a woman who's been objectified and typecast as the 'hot girl' most of her life. when so much importance is placed on your looks, it can actually create a huge mess. you start obsessing over your looks. you find flaws where they dont exist. you start tweaking yourself to appear more perfect. botox, filler, plastic surgery - these are all doing more damage than good. megan is beautiful - but she's also so much more than her looks. she's clever, she's funny. she's talented and a wonderful mother. I hope that she's able to put her middle finger up at the people who reduced her to just her looks, and become the woman she knows she is inside. - Jak na to + styl
When you’re taught from a young age that your worth is in your looks, it really fucks you up.
I feel something major needs to be done about this in the general public to try and prevent or combat the affects.

The only time you have to get your breast done, is when its a reduction. I did have to get a breast reduction because they were damaging my spine and muscles through my whole back into my hips and causing chronic migraines. So my PCP actually recommended me to a surgeon and insurance covered it.

Nose job is the LEAST thing Bella Hadid had done to her face.
It actually upsets me that these women bought their faces and their way into modeling while poor naturally pretty women prettier even don’t get the spots.
Now she’s said she wishes she never got a nose job because her original nose is a reminder of her heritage. It’s a nice sentiment, and conveniently it’s the only surgery she’s admitted to. Which is just offensive to everyone’s intelligence. I’m sure her team thought it was a good idea to admit to something since it’s so insanely obvious. So they picked the nose and framed it with regret by saying she realized how much she loved her unique familial features for sympathy.
She’s definitely had more than one nose job by the way. 🙄😆
It's actually a pretty major thing among what she has had done, because the change is drastic. She started out with a large nose, not saying it was unflattering, not saying it didn't suit her, not saying it needed any alterations, but it was large and downturned, and it became so tiny, it's almost collapsed above the tip, in her Life in Looks interview, you can see how it almost blends into the plane of her cheeks. It's also upturned now. So, massive changes achieved, most likely, through several surgeries, not through just one. So, not the least thing at all
@Nothingmattersss It shouldn't upset you, because the modeling industry is a competitive environment, just like any other industry, and people will find ways to increase their chances of success. It might not be fair that the same resources aren't available to anyone, but life isn't fair and it never will be.

But the point of my original comment is that her simply waving off an entirely different face and only admitting to one nose job is preposterous.

Nobody does talk about it. I had mine done in 2012, and here we are 12 years later... and the SAME doctor quoted me $15,000 for the second round with a lift. I almost needed resuscitation.

That's the sad thing about all the commentary with her. Everyone is always talking about her peak or her natural look but she already had lip fillers, a nose job and other tweaks when she was in her first projects and Transformers. No one gets a couple things done and then is happy as they age or can maintain it without getting more done.

I remember listening to a plastic surgeon talk about noses and he said the more work you get on your nose the less cartilage there is and the bigger your nostrils will be (but the harder it is to breathe through your nose) until eventually your nose caves in on itself. Disturbing.

It’s the way Kylie couldn’t even get the words out when she was trying to say “I love my body”. She literally stuttered and then cleared her throat and immediately started talking super fast. It’s like she wanted to make it as obvious as possible that she was lying.

One quick correction…Bruce Lee (as well as his son Brandon Lee) died from the fatal misfiring and mishandling of a prop/stunt gun with blanks while on set. Not because he was too lean and had no body fat.

I had breast implant Illness. I got implants in at 26 in 2014. They almost killed me. Literally. I got the implants out in 2018 and my body is still healing. (I’m now 35.)
@@strawberryswirrl716 hi! Omgosh so many. Within a few months I became allergic to almost every food. Not an exaggeration. That is still an issue for me. I can only eat salmon and chicken now. No plant foods. I also had a ton of fluid retention, headaches, cystic acne, Epstein Barr was reactivated. My skin, hair, and nails became super dry. They still are. I used to be super oily but right after I got them in it was like all the oil left my body. Symptoms are different for everyone! But it is NOT fun and not worth it. I still deal with issues even a decade later.

This is why we must teach our young girls to NOT idolize celebrities. Enjoy the entertainment they put out, if you must, but never look to them for beauty advice. And NEVER try to copy their beauty routines. Remember, at a certain age these procedures begin to look very very strange on their faces. Skin begins looking stretched out and puffy at the same time and uneven which means they must have more procedures done just to try and keep up appearances. It’s a vicious cycle that they could’ve avoided if they just embraced their natural, beautiful and unique faces from the start. I’m pretty sure the surgery she is “gatekeeping” is a Fox Eye Facelift even though she said she hasn’t had any face lifts yet. Her eyes are pulled farther out to the side then they used to be.
She was most likely gatekeeping brow hair implants she mentioned in the interview that she overplucked her brows and they never grew back. Her natural eyebrows are very thick now and when the interviewer asked what it was megan looked at her face and said you don’t need it. Botox can also lift your eyebrows and she did say she has that

yeah, I very much support the kind of nose job you had. I'm glad it worked. It makes me sad when the reason is to make the nose smaller because people just hate noses apparently.

These women don’t need plastic surgery, they need therapy.
Customers should really get a class action lawsuit against Kylie Jenner together because she committed fraud and saying that her lip kit would make peoples lips look like hers. As you said, anyone with eyes can see these women have changed their faces. But committing fraud is still illegal.
I always wanted a nose job, but I saw a surgeon and they told me that my nasal passages are tiny inside and it may make nasal breathing difficult. I’d rather be able to breathe

That goes to show the insane amount of pressure society puts on women to be NATURALLY beautiful. They would neither forgive you for being unattractive and for trying to fix it.
You can only blame yourself and take accountability for your own choices though. Saying society MADE you spend tons of money on plastic surgery would be laughable to people in other countries.

The fact that she even thinks it’s common knowledge to know this much about elective cosmetic procedures tells me everything! Like why would the average person know how many nose jobs you can receive and what will happen if you do.

You are so spot on!! I do feel bad that "the industry" basically took this beautiful young, smart, confident girl of 15 and knocked the self-esteem right out of her!! I don't think she would've gone to such extreme if she was respected more as a person than just a body. I do worry about her as she gets older. I hope she can find her strength again to remember she is who she is, which is marvelous, and will be able to live with growing older and accepting it as it comes. To rely on ones looks is not the wisest thing to have as one ages. Good luck Megan. I'm in your corner!!
She’s of average intelligence and she wasn’t good at acting. Watch her acting reels. She only got famous for being attractive, which is pretty common for women in Hollywood. Both singers and actors. People only worship her for her looks.
it makes me so sad because jennifer's body is one of my favorite movies ever, jennifer check is more than just a hot girl and megan does an amazing job with her. she really acted her ass off in that film and it was SO underrated just because she was the face of it. i wish she had had a margot robbie "i, tonya" moment, an ugly rol that lets the industry know that she can be a serious actress, but i guess it's too late for that :(

I loved that movie when it came out! It was so sad it didn't get the kudos it deserved at the time because I think it encouraged Megan to go back to just being "the hot chick", because when she really tried, the movie was shunned so it's like, what's the point? Imagine what might have been if she had been lauded for her efforts at the time. She might have pursued a different path. As it is, I feel like the validation that came from it becoming a cult classic came all too late for Megan.
i still think your points stands about how so many people point out how beautiful she is, but i remember growing up in the early 2000's-ish and seeing groves of tabloids pick her body apart, so i can definitely understand why she's so insecure

Lol it’s just not that serious. I understand rich and privileged celebrities with every opportunity in the world have problems too, but Megan fox has been told she was the most gorgeous woman ever for all of her career. Getting plastic surgery to keep it going is not really that sad.

It’s just so sad how they claim to be all about body positivity but then push these impossible standards onto us. I seriously think celebrities are fully playing the game. They know they have to lie and create controversy to stay famous so they do it. They play the game and they get to be rich at the expense of any sort of principle a human could have. It’s sad. So many young girls look up to them and think this is what cool looks like and they never think they’re good enough because this is what they grow up seeing.

Think that’s more pushed by media, not celebs. They’re seeing that just like the regular person is.
