Most girls in the west love lavish, rich and expensive lifestyles. We live in a society were privileged people will be adored and seen as a type of ‘God’ while most celeberties are exploiting their own fans for money.
Because attention is currency. Between their fans, of which there are millions, and the thousands upon thousands snark/reaction blogs, forums, CZcamsrs, social medias obsessively dedicated to their family; constantly discussing them, even if it's hate or negative, they drive engagement and attention, thus keeping them on the forefront. The Kardashians, who are incredibly media savvy btw, then leverage all this for lucrative deals and wealth. If people ignored them, didn't participate in anything Kardashian fan, stan or hate-watch wise, they'd go away.
Technically, the girl doesn't need her fans. She was born into this life of multigenerational wealth on both sides. She will never be affected if every one of her products fail, so she doesn't care.
She is a woman hopelessly stuck in a rich girl bubble, she is completely oblivious to normal people and normal life. She won't be able to pop her bubble without socialising with different people and working hard for something in her life. Its not all her fault though because her parents spoiled her rotten. Also its a bit disappointing that none of Caitlyn/Bruce Jenner's kids took after their hardworking nature or athleticism.
Maybe on her dad's side she has multi generational wealth but not on Kris side...
This is actually why we need to not boost people of this type. Wealthy people need to be doing something be worth attention. If you follow the classic model they should get attention if they: do non profit work, fund the arts, accomplish something personally in a challenging career or business, invent something. Note none of the items on the list are about paper thin activism, influencer nonsense or merely being wealthy. If people simply stopped getting the undeserved attention they would do more of these actually worthy things because they are attention hungry. Make celebrities and the wealthy work for the attention properly.

I've been a server in NYC for the past 20 years in famous high end restaurants. I waited on a lot of celebrities. I have to say that Kendall was THE WORST celeb I have ever served. Not only was she bossy, entitled and mean but she actually yelled at me because I didn't bring her check fast enough so she could bounce before her family arrived for dinner! (She arrived early so she could eat her sushi and ditch her family)

The funniest thing about the tequila thing to me is that when it came out she wasn’t even legally able to drink for the amount of time it takes to make a good tequila. It needs to be made over like 7 years

I hate to openly admit this but I occasionally hate watch both the new show and the old one on E! And I can remember many scenes where Kendall complained that she wanted to hang out with Kylie and spend more time with her. And every time she would say this to Kylie, Kylie would make excuses about being so busy or would make empty promises that she would make time for her “soon”. It boggles the mind how someone could have that little personal awareness to realize that Kylie just doesn’t like her anymore after all she’s done. And the crazy thing is that Kendall never even seemed to care about a relationship with Kylie until Kylie became the more powerful person in that dynamic. She only actually cared to really bond with Kylie after she stopped being the little sister punching bag and started to outshine and outdo her. I’m sure it’s probably too little too late

My dad used to deliver water to the Jenner/Kardashian house and Kendall and Kylie were little. She would never move aside from playing in the drive way so the big delivery truck could pull up to the house to make a shorter trip. Several times my dad had to park at the end of the driveway and push a dolly STACKED with 5 gallon bottles UP the long driveway.

Eh, never going to come after a legally aged business owner promoting their products because children also exist in the world. It is the role of parents to teach their children about safe and responsible drinking and monitor what kind of content they are following on social media, not a random celebrity on the internet selling a product to adults. It is getting tedious to keep adapting spaces NOT MEANT FOR KIDS to be "safe" or appealing to children, just in case. They shouldn't be there in the first place.
