- In this 30 minute low impact full body sculpting class we are using 3 pound weights. We wouldn't go any heavier than that since we move quickly through out! There is no jumping and the class CAN also be done without weights!

Well, call me "Betty" 'cause I am SWEATY! I had to take breaks here and there and dropped down to 1-pound weights, but I pushed through till the end. Again, I love that this is a total body strength workout (quads are on 🔥) that moves to the beat of the music. Thank you!!

How many calories are burned
Hi there! Calorie burn is very specific to each individual. Depending on your age, sex, weight, height, etc., you may burn anywhere from 200 to 400 calories in this class.
I like your energy but this workout was so fast. The frantic pace
of many of the exercises made it difficult to focus on good form and range of motion. Do you move so fast so that it is more cardio? You label it a sculpting workout so why such fast reps? I’m a consistent exerciser and regularly lift weights. My lower back is not feeling good after this workout and I have no history of back issues. I will try out your cardio workouts but I’m not sure I’ll try another lifting workout from this channel.
Hi. Thanks for your note. We post many different types of workouts and this one was advanced. Yes, this sculpting class is fast paced and that is why we suggest using very light weights. We are sorry you didn't enjoy it. Hopefully you will find other workouts on our channel that may be a better fit for you.
