Join me for this 35 minute FULL BODY HIIT Workout that will help you burn calories & tone your entire upper body. This workout is carefully crafted to give you a challenging yet achievable routine that combines both cardio & strength exercises.
By using a mix of bodyweight & dumbbell exercises, we'll engage all the major muscle groups in your body, resulting in a shredded and toned physique. I recommend using 2X5 kg dumbbells, but you can easily modify the weight to suit your fitness level.
Don't worry if you don't have dumbbells, you can substitute them with water bottles or other household items that have a bit of weight to them. This workout is perfect for anyone looking to get lean and defined muscles while also shedding unwanted weight.
Achieving a slim and toned physique requires two essential elements: creating a calorie deficit & regularly working the muscles. This workout combines both of these elements to help you reach your fitness goals.

Oh my God thanks wow what a workout. I love it love it love it and the music is so motivated that you just wanna keep on and keep on. I save all your workouts. This one rocks will do it twice a day this week.❤🎉
OMG I havent done a BG workout in a while...I am so sweaty... Basically drenched. I do not track my calories or steps on a watch anymore and im so glad... I feel free haha... Next I am going to do a 15min stretch routine... I have been doing a variety of workouts now and stretching and yoga is in my routine to prevent injury and my joints feel better. Esp my knees cause my legs can get tight with all the workouts... I used both an 8 and 10Lb set of dumbbells plus a 12Lb for single dumbbell tricep moves... I do not know whats in my smoothie yet because my daily routine has changed. On most week days I wake up at 630a to workout first, shower and then I make my green smoothie. My usual lately has been red cabbage, spring mix, mango, blueberries, flax oil and sometimes pineapple blended with water. Have a good day everyone!!
