Join me for this 30 minute INTENSE GLUTE WORKOUT that will help you grow & tone your GLUTES at home. This workout is carefully crafted to give you a challenging yet achievable routine that combines both STANDING & MAT exercises. If you want to grow your glutes and not your legs, give this workout a try.
By using a mix of weighted and bodyweight exercises, you'll engage all the muscle groups in your glutes helping them grow and look round + toned. I recommend using a pair of 5 kg dumbbells, BUT you should always adapt your weights to your fitness level.

I've been consistently doing your workouts for about 10 months and the number on my scale hasn't changed much but I've lost inches EVERYWHERE, even in places I didn't know I could lose inches. At a foot doctor's appointment, the podiatrist removed too much callus on my left heel. When my feet feel better, I definitely want to try this workout. Rejoined the Y, so I'm going to 2 classes a week and usually walk to and from. It's a little over a mile one way. Take care, everyone. 🇨🇦 👍🎶💇♀️
