    Please go hard on your walking throughout this entire workout! Don't forget to take your 1 min active breaks between rounds. They will really increase your burn!

    NOTE: The only breaks I take during my workouts are between rounds. Feel free to prolong your walking breaks for up to 1 minute to increase your burning time (walk around the house, drink some water...). Hope you get a higher calorie burn than mine!

    Week 3 day 3 done. Logged 6600 steps. Burned 445 calories and had an average heart rate of 135. I dont think i was stepping as fast as you. You are a machine girl. 💪

Many of us were and still are. I stopped working out Bc I thought I’m not interested in what anyone else is doing then I found you.     Great workout! Think I want to do this one again!! Over 8000 steps and got the heart rate up to 141BPM at one point. I'm still sweating!!! This was the perfect workout as my gym time got canceled today.

      That's great! Just start doing the next exercise. Please take the breaks between rounds (at least 1 minute active break). It increases the calorie burn!

    Love your workouts but find I have a hard time following your beat so I sometimes turn off the sound.
    It would be great if you had a clock on your workouts showing where we are in the time. I find that seeing how much more time is remaining as an incentive to push on. Right now I have to get my remote to see where we are.

    Had a bit longer this morning and came across this one, definitely one for keeping your tummy tight and swing those arms for maximum impact, those heel lifts!

    Wow, i just finished this workout and i must say i enjoyed it. Its steady state am happy i completed it. Its an achievement to me because i am not the type that can workout for up to an hour. I think my endurance has improved or what do you think burpee girl? One question is this a full body workout ? Does it target the whole body and will i burn fat with this one.       Hi! Your endurance gets better and better when you are consistent. This will help you lose weight by reducing fat throughout your entire body, but it will not build muscle.

      @@seyirebecca9986 With weight. Bodyweight exercises will aldo build muscle to a degree: squats, lunges, push ups, crunches. When that doesn't work anymore, you add weights.

      This works for all body types for burning fat purposes. I have many workouts for abs. Standing abs, as well as regular ab workouts.

    Xiaomi Mi band 6 fitness mode: 563 kcal with 2x1kg dumbells and boxing jog instead of walking, active breaks, hit 8000 steps.
    Is there a muscle we didn't activate today?? 😅 Burpee Girl, which xiaomi mode do you set doing walking workouts??

      I use the walking mode. My fitness mode doesn`t count steps.

      @@BurpeeGirlLiss Mi 6 also doesn't count steps in this mode, i had to do some maths to count it but it was over 8k. Next time I'll use the walking one 😇

    Quick question: Should we rest on the preview of each "next" move?? I know some of your previews on other workouts say "rest" so, i usually just March in place. But, I get confused on these lol. Thank you!!

      I recommend that you start the next exercise and take longer active breaks between rounds (about 1 minute).
