- This 30-minute, low-impact cardio class is intended to increase your heart rate and help you burn calories and fat WITHOUT THE JUMPING often found in other cardio workouts. This class is beginner friendly, but certainly not easy. You will sweat and smile through this easy to follow cardio routine. Your heart rate will elevate as you feel those large muscle groups working to burn fat. This is a no equipment workout.
All R/C Fitness classes are FREE of charge, however donations are welcome if you like our work. Any amount is very much appreciated.

I don’t have problems with my knees but doing HIIT all of the time would damage my joints. I like to throw in low impact exercises and even whole workout days that are low impact or no jumping. Still burn a ton of calories. Low impact doesn’t mean easy or slow! Love these workouts. Thank you ❤
