  • 30-minutes of cardio kickboxing will have you dripping sweat and smiling at the same time! In this class you will kick and punch your way to fit with fun cardio boxing and muay thai moves designed to spike your heart rate and burn maximum calories during and post work-out (also known as the "after burn" ). Our add-on combination choreography is easy to follow and doing this class with no-jumping modifications can make this a low-impact cardio workout. So let's punch, kick, sweat and smile with 30-minutes of calorie and fat burning cardio kickboxing.
    All R/C Fitness classes are FREE of charge, however donations are welcome if you like our work. Any amount is very much appreciated.

    LOVE! Another killer workout! I love to kickbox as it is total body! Plus all standing abs! I've been kickboxing since Billy Blanks and his Taebo! Now I do Body combat but this was so hard and fun! Kept me in my zone! Thanks lady's see you tomorrow for strength!💯✌

      Hi! Everybody burns calories differently based on height, weight, age, sex, and physical ability. We usually burn 600 - 700 calories in a hour Cardio Kick workout.
