  • 30-minutes of low impact cardio kickboxing will have you dripping sweat and smiling at the same time! In this class you will kick and punch your way to fit with fun cardio boxing and muay thai moves designed to spike your heart rate and burn maximum calories during and post work-out (also known as the "after burn" ). Our add-on combination choreography is easy to follow and there is NO JUMPING in this class, making it entirely low-impact. So let's punch, kick, sweat and smile with 30-minutes of calorie and fat burning cardio kickboxing.
    All R/C Fitness classes are FREE of charge, however donations are welcome if you like our work. Any amount is very much appreciated.

    That was frigging awesome! Love all the moves kept me in fat burning mode the whole time! I love to kickbox all standing ab work really total body! You girls rock! This 68 year young gramma loved every sweat minute of it!

      Sarah! We have 1 hour LIVE cardio kick classes in our library. Anything we do with jumping in our live classes can be done with no jumping (modified). Let us know if you end up taking one of those. We're so glad you liked this one.

    Thank you so much for this low impact workout! I am recovering from hamstring tendon repair surgery and still had to modify a little bit. I have missed working out with your videos so much! I can't wait to be back to full strength and do your other workouts!

    Like the moves. I can do them all. Would prefer a HIIT training for water breaks and catching your breath, probably every 4-5 minutes for 15-20 seconds. Bad knee is happy with this workout.
