  • 30-minutes of non-stop cardio intended to increase your heart rate and target muscles in your whole body. Interval cardio bursts of fun aerobic exercise assist in maximum calorie burn, leading to full body fat loss. All advanced cardio exercises are shown with low-impact modifications, making this class beginner friendly. Let's burn some calories together!

    You both are amazing in your physique, level of fitness, and energy! It's always a pleasure to work out with you both, even though at times I'm dying a little during the workouts. Lol

    at 7 am i always do yr workouts they are fantastic for instance ive gelly loss in my eyes and glad to do the ones i dont jump or stay down w my head . keep it up. by the way im 61!

    The amazing thing about modification is that whenever I feel I can't continue with the HIT I just switch to modification 😍💜
