  • 30-MINUTE DUMBBELL STRENGTH TRAINING / 15-MIN. UPPER BODY + 15-MIN. LOWER BODY MUSCLE CONDITIONING
    You will need a set of medium to heavy dumbbells for this strength training class. The 30-minutes will be split into two 15-min. segments, with the first focusing on upper body toning, and the second focused lower body. Drop a note and let us know how you do!

    Just did this one today on my lunchtime… legs were a bit tough. Will be feeling that tomorrow. Used my 10, 12, & 15 pds weights. Went by so fast too. Love you girls workouts.
