    I was sooo confused apparently. I completely misunderstood what this workout was going to be! 😂 Let me tell you though, you ladies did not disappoint. I thoroughly enjoyed this. Loved the variety, loved the pace, just a great full body workout! I especially loved the sit up to row. That was a new move for me and I thought it was super cool!
