    Can I just say thank you sooo much to these 2 women!!!! When I first got diagnosed with bipolar they tested me on different medications and they all made me gain weight, I actually gained 100lbs in total. Too scared to go to a gym and workout in front of people and I've been doing the workouts with you close to about a month and a half now and watching what I eat and how much I eat and I started off at 279lbs, now I'm at 256lbs. Not done yet though, im just getting started. Thank you for being a huge help in my weightloss journey!!! ❤❤
