  • This is 20 minutes of upper body work. We will burn out the biceps, triceps, back, shoulders, and chest all in these 20 minutes. This is a LIVE FORMAT class meaning there is no bell, buzzer, or timer on your screen. We will walk you through each movement and explain each exercise. We will be using 8 and 5 pound weights but you should use whatever weight is best for you. Let's get started!

    Do u use these weights or heavier weights your own personal workouts ? All I hear is challenge yourself with heavier weights

      Hi! We both tend to use 8 lb. dumbbells for our upper body work because we feel it is challenging but doable. We do not recommend using weights that cause discomfort or strain. Especially when to-heavy weight compromises proper form. Challenging but doable is the way to go when strength training with dumbbells.
