In this workout you will perform 20 DIFFERENT, low-impact body sculpting exercises. We recommend using a maximum of three pound dumbbells, as we will move quickly through these exercises while completing many reps. Drop a comment and let us know how you do!

I scrolled through the workout and thought…ok this looks easy enough to start the day!! Then bam….the sweat started rolling and my heart rate got up into the 160’s to my pleasant surprise! Great workout🙌🏻

absolutely LOVE your channel!! I have never been one for exercise so I gave myself a target to work out 3 times a week, I am now 8 weeks in and find myself wanting to work out everyday all because of your classes, I enjoy them so much and it has improved my physical and my mental health. The no jumping workouts are so good for me and my weak back and knee's! I cannot thank you enough, I will be back tomorrow!!
OMG! loved it! i have sciatica in one leg, sprained ligament in the other, tendonitis in one wrist and this routine was just perfect!!! i did it with very light weights and still got me sweating!! in love with this routine!!
