    I really enjoyed this! Went sooo fast and really felt each move! Quick question- which of your workouts would you suggest if I'm wanting to target more specifically my love handles? While I'm noticing some differences with my body and gaining more muscle, that particular area is sooo stubborn and difficult 😑

      This is actually a tough one to answer because while you can strengthen and tone your core/abdominal muscles, you can't spot reduce fat. Overall weight loss is the only way to get rid of "love handles" and weight in that area is often the last to go.
