40-MINUTE STRONG & SCULPTED / LOW-IMPACT / LIVE FORMAT CLASS

  • It's time to get STRONG AND SCULPTED! This 40-minute, low-impact, class is broken down into two 20-minute segments. We will begin with 20-minutes of lightweight sculpting to get those muscles fired up. In the second 20-minutes, we will pick up heavier weights for some more intense strength training. We suggest 2-to-3-pound dumbbells for sculpting and 8-to-10 pound dumbbells for strength training.
    Most of these exercises will be compound moments, meaning we will work multiple body parts simultaneously for ultimate fat burning and conditioning. We hope you enjoy this class! Please don't forget to SUBSCRIBE to our channel!!

    Haven't done this one for a while but decided it should be part of my post holiday 'get back to exercise' routine. Loved it! won't lie - found it challenging but glad I reached the end and the stretching has never been sweeter! Thank you both. You are the best duo out there!

    I enjoyed this sweat sess! I normally stick with 30 minute workouts for now as I'm working on getting myself back into shape, but I decided to challenge myself today and do this 40 minute one. I went at my own pace (thanks for the reminder) and I'm really proud of myself for finishing! 💪
