    DAY 4: Tone and tighten your entire upper body in just five days! All it takes is 10-minutes a day!! This challenge will teach you 50 DIFFERENT conditioning exercises for your biceps, triceps, shoulders, back, and chest. You'll be ready for that tank top in no time!! All you'll need is a set of light dumbbells for sculpting and a heavier set for strength training.
    Today we are sculpting with lighter dumbbells again. This time the focus will be on the biceps and triceps as we tone and tighten with lots of reps!

    I am 63 yo and find it quite challenging to retain muscle tone in my arms, particularly the triceps (as you might imagine). I have seen such quick results from this 5-day challenge, with some soreness, but the well-thought out sequence of days is very humane. ☺️ Thank you so much for doing this.
