- This is a 20 minute full body low-impact workout. You won't need any equipment and we will NOT be going down on the floor. Whether you're new to fitness, or you're an expert and just need a low-impact day, this class is for EVERYONE! This class has a countdown timer for you as well as a bell and buzzer to cue you!

Thought these 20 minutes were going to be easy... 🙄. Heartrate up, really sweating,... And all this in just 20 minutes and without equipment. You ladies always know how to make it intens without it looking that way. So another great work-out. (and love seeing Wiley pop by 💖).
