We can't say the word 'walk' in my house, we have to spell it 😂. Speaking of walks, it was such a pretty day here today, so I wanted to take advantage and get some fresh air, so I went for a nice 🚶♀️ with my hubby and 2 dogs. So, this workout was the perfect complement to add on today! I'm drenched in sweat 😅!

Thank u ladies for this less impact exercise. I had some pain in my knees when doing the curtsy lunge so i modified my move by not lowering too much. Nonetheless, i had a gd workout. 👍
