    I love when Wiley is in the videos! He always seems to join in when something requires balance and concentration, though… so I’ll be trying to balance and then I get distracted by his cuteness and fall over 😂

    I liked the format of this workout & the fact that it was a minimum of 30 minutes long. It definitely pushed me outside my comfort zone, but growth only occurs when we push ourselves. 💪🏾

    This was amazing, I’m so glad I was able to do everything, some the easier version some the harder. Just like maybe 4 or 5 months ago I would watch any workout before I did it and if there was any exercises on the floor I wouldn’t do them, so I am so proud of how far I’ve come. Thank you both for all you do!!!!!❤❤❤
