    Thabk you for giving options...low and high impact. I used to do the high impact. Recently, I got knee pain...which I have to use more on the low impact ..but it is super swety.. Thanks RC

    Wow! This was killer! For the life of me I could not get the coordination with one of the exercises, so instead of just standing there 😂 I opted to just do a cross twist crunch elbow to knee.

    Hello, you forgot about the low impact version in the first exercise of set 4.

      Hi. You can just alternate tapping your toes in front of you, or simply march for the modification of exercise one in set number four.
