I've spent the past year losing the baby weight and gaining my strength back postpartum just through CZcams workouts, and I can't believe just found your channel this week! It's quickly become a favourite and a daily go-to. You ladies are the best -- I absolutely love the variety and especially all your killer compound movements. Also love the low impact options for when my knees feel cranky. Thank you!
