  • Join me for a 30 minute SCULPT + SWEAT FULL BODY WORKOUT with warm up and cool down included! Today I'll be using two 10 LB weights. Intervals are 45 seconds on and 15 seconds rest. Today's workout is intense but as always I'll provide modifications throughout. So get ready to sweat! 💞 xox Mik

    Hi there! You probably won’t see this, but I started following you in 2023. I hope you make more dancing to the beat videos with modifications. I use those videos to workout with my mom who has knee issues and my grandpa who is in a wheelchair and he’s 91! Your dancing video modifications make it easy for them to move about while sitting. They really enjoy them. I hope to see new ones in the future. 😊

    I've done a lot of CZcams workouts but in my opinion, you are the BEST by far! You give the right amount of detail when explaining the exercises, plus you give reminders and encouragement, all without overdoing it!! As a bonus, you include warm up and cool downs plus you have the modifications shown in the upper right corner! I think you're perfection!

    Hi Mikaella! I'm from NYC and really enjoy these workouts you've been posting. I was barely able to finish this one with 15-pound dumbbells, and i weigh 223 pounds! So humiliating but sooo good! Please keep these innovative workouts coming! Thanks so much!

    That was an intense start to 2024. This is challenging my balance as much as my strength, especially the side plank leg bend, and the dead lift with leg lift. Whew! Thanks for the challenge!
