    Dear Mik this one is my absolute favourite workout, in the row of amazing workouts you offer here so regularly. 30 min is for me perfect length, a warmup and a cooldown included. Warm thank you from Germany for everything and all the work, motivation and energy you are putting into every single of your videos, I would love to join more of these longer workouts of exactly that style!     Out of all the channels out there you’re my favorite and the one that I stocked with! Love your workout and that you explain every move and when to breathe, these details are really important for me! So thank you for your great work! Also I would like to ask you to do extended workouts for like 45 minutes if you can.❤

    I do your workouts daily. This is my favorite so far. I love the short warm up and cool down. I love the heavier weights mixed in with the floor work. Great job.

    I love the pace you set and the calm voice you use to motivate us. Exactly the kind of video I love! One request-could you group your videos by topic, like Abs, Upper Body, Barre etc.? I don’t know if that’s complicated to do, but it would be awesome to just look at each category instead of scrolling through all the videos to find the specific type I want. Thanks so much,

    Thank you so much for this workout! I am 60 something and I have had a hard time finding workouts I can keep up with. Your movements are slow and controlled and your voice is soothing and encouraging. The music is nice, not something I’m going to get tired of hearing. I did a couple of your arm workouts yesterday and enjoyed them, so I came back for some leg work. I will definitely be able to keep working out with you and I could tell already this morning from yesterday’s workouts I have a bit more pep in my step and my muscles, hips, legs and arms are feeling more flexible. I’m glad I found you! Thanks again! 😊

    This is a toughie, but I was tougher!! Awesome Lower body exercises!! Loved it!!! 🔥💗👍!!
    So glad that this workout is in Week 6/Day 3 of the Winter Challenge 2023!! My favorites are: the donkey kick to bent knee side lift and the elevated goblet squat!!

    I was expecting a strictly Lower Legs workout and it wasn’t… yet it didn’t disappoint. My arms are happier for the time they got in, too! So are my abs. Solid, well rounded workout.
