Specifically youtubed the name Dorian Yates in relation to creatine after attempting to search "proper creatine uses" and getting nothing but skinny fat soy tards in their 30s that look like ass trying to give dietary/gym advice. Or, we can remember that creatine has no acute effect on the human body, and is only effective once the muscles are saturated with it, which usually takes several days of use to occur. Therefore, it doesn't matter what time of day you consume it, as long as it's consumed every day.
