Hi i'm Joe, I have created this CZcams channel to show my progression from a skinny teenager who is sick of being skinny to hopefully in the future being more muscular and just better in general both physically and mentally.
If you do enjoy my content it would mean lot if you could hit the like button and maybe even consider subscribing. Thank you!

Joe is basically like "I did this thing so you don't have to" and you have to respect it. Keep up the great vids man
To make it even better, his videos while enjoyable are not too long and he goes straight to the point
its already well known and documented in academic studies that a surplus of creatine intake from supplements doesn't give any added benefit.
Thats pigmie
thats so crazy😮
Waiting for Tren and HGH series
I think Jack‘s lifts still increased, because his body could rest a whole lot more than it was used to.
bro, u just put, commas, everywhere.
that is a potential factor however before the experiment he hadn't worked out in about a month either aha

The 2 week loading phase has always been a recommendation when starting out on Creatine, it even says so on many of the packages, as for the reps themselves, the difference in most of them is so negligible that it would be impossible to say whether the overdosing worked with the exception of the squats, that was a fairly big jump to be fair.
yeah, thats what he said, .....
Loading phase is all bullshit, its just so you go through it quicker and buy more.
If you're around 140lb, 60kg, you really dont need more than 1-2g per day. Loading would be double for a week. So 5g per day for example. A bigger guy could load with 10g, do 5g daily. But 15g per day to load the muscles really isn't needed, speaking from experience. Literally pee'ing away your money.
@@johnnylong1428 It's probably not necessary to load that much for sure, but it's not like creatine is particularily expensive anyway
This is not a coverup for gear is it 😭
Love how Joe jam packs so much entertainment in 5 mins. Thank you Joe!
love where ur vids are going joe, keep on going like this and it will pay off big time
I remember watching your videos 5 years ago and I am still here, its incredible to see how much you have grown in that time. Great content, keep the good work up👍 Greetings from Germany
Same, he’s clearly got so much more confident and seeing his progress definitely inspires and helps all his fans
Important to note that overuse of creatine monohydrate can be hard on the kidneys, so if high dosage use like this is done over time I would recommend checking your bloodwork. Great vid 👍

@@jasonkellar8585 are you saying that someone that eats unhealthy and is obese will live the same as someone that is completely healthy and eats well?
Thanks for posting this! My GFR was lower than it should have been, but my creatinine levels were higher. Creatinine is a byproduct of creatine so it’s not always a bad sign in blood work, but it’s the GFR which you want to play close attention to.

Joe can you make longer videos please. It'll be a win-win for u and the viewers
I think it is great how he manages to pack so much into a 5-minute video. No wastage, fast paced and watching doesn't become a chore.
I don't think you realize how much effort and time goes into editing a 5 minute video that's so densely packed as this.
Nice one 👏💪👍
Take 5x the recommended does of Tren for a week
lol
recommended dose 0mg.
0 × 5 = 0 😂
the goat... but don't injure yourself, please be careful. I injured my back 10 years ago, and now I can't squat like I used to.
Hey Joe, I'm a huge fan and wanted to say sick vid. Do u recommend this doing this loading method while you are cutting/shredding.
To use creatine you don't need a loading phase.
Still if you choose to do one, then do one. It doesn't matter if you are cutting, bulking, maingaining etc.
thanks for the advice bro@@kian9233
Accidentally did this when first starting thinking you needed a loading phase and felt like I was dying at a rugby session because I didn’t drink enough
Yeah, tbh, I wouldn't recommend the loading side of it. Personally, I only consume three grams before bed.
Joe is the most aesthetic body builder out there
What😮
Yeah 🎉
This whole video is basically a promotion for myprotein creatine
Be careful doing this over extended periods. Get your bloods done and monitor your creatinine levels. I did 10g for two months and my creatinine increased substantially, if I continued to do this I could of effected my kidney function and develop a kidney stone.
To be fair, if you already take creatine daily, but at the same time noticed this much of a difference during a loading phase, you should maybe consider taking 5g a day instead of 3g.
I doon't know your bodyweight, but I've always heard that the recommended dose is 5g, and if you're a bigger person/experienced lifter, then taking 3g might be on the lower end of what is the optimal dose.
I personally take 6g a day, there's really no reason for me to take 6g instead of 5g except the fact that I sometimes forget to take creatine, or don't have it available. so taking 6g 6x a week should in theory be as good as taking 5g 7x a wek (yeah, I know this probably doesn't make a difference, but it's what I'm doing)
For joes size 5g would definitely do more than 3g
Yeah I once heard smth every 12kg bodyweight you should take 1g of creatine
@@ssigaprv8669 That would mean 3g would be the correct amount for a 36kg person, lol.
@@MaximusAdonicus yeah and?
@@ssigaprv8669 ...and that's like 7 y.o. kid's weight! Yet, on the creatine tubs, media and science, the suggested dosage has always been 3-5g per day for a person! But I do recall that 3-5g was proven to be enough in the studies, hence the dosage 🤔

thumbs up on the video. here in the US creatine usually says 5mg per day, and it's customary to double everything. so maybe 5x isn't necessarily the case.

That very feeling when Jack without lifting weights has more strength than me tearing my ass off in the gym for not the first year
You’re most likely not training right
same for me , lifting for an year, did improve quite a bit but still can't lift as much as jack . seems like genetics

Would have been cool to see your starting weight and weight after 2 weeks ! I always find it crazy how i put on 7-8lbs of water from it when i use it
The standard recommended dose is 5g per day and for the loading faze if you want it faster you need 15g so it's still normal and healthy
Yeah, it depends on size, at 215lbs I consume 6g daily

Can you do a video on how sleep affects muscle growth
Perfect timing, I’m unsure if I should take creatine, really nervous about it
Why would you be nervous
Don't be nervous it's absolutely fine. I'm around 7 months in now, I only consume the three a day before bed.
There's nothing to be nervous about at all, creatine is one of the most researched supplements and all the research on it shows no negatives
Does it make you bigger, isn’t it bad for your liver and make you go bald?
@@AD-jc9sj No. No. No. No.
Personally I've stopped using creatine temporarily, but I was using about 8g per day, but honestly I have been making pretty good progress without it. Only thing is I have noticed my brain function is slightly off, so I'm a little more clumsy & struggle to focus more since stopping.
why did u dtop
@@noahmurray6783 a few reasons, but in summary, my priorities have changed (I'm poor & a student lol) & I wanted to see what I could do without it, turns out quite a lot. But mostly because my money is needed elsewhere (food).
Yeah, I stopped taking creatinine and I lost my entire short term memory. So now I can’t even remember if I stopped taking it or if I started taking more.
This is because you need to drink more water. Taking creatine makes you drink more water without you even realising. Up your water and your brain fog will go
@@jasonkellar8585you’re trolling?
Yo Joe, another great video! I was taking creatine before going on holiday and finished it all, I had a 6 week break from gym due to the holiday and now I’m back in the gym as normal, I definitely want to buy more creatine because I definitely notice the difference, however, I’ve noticed my protein no longer do 500g or more only 250g do you know why this is?
I took creatine and it finished and so I went on Amazon and bought some more creatine.
I feel sorry for Joes digestive system
I did this for 3 weeks. Went to the Drs to check my blood. Kidney levels were off the charts. Did 3 more control tests and it was okay.
Its ok as you stopped taking it ?
It is already researched it is fine prior warching this
Creative just makes me feel like there’s never enough water 😂🤣
Yes that's the point.
im 55kg, i took daily 5g and my kidney or liver cant remember which 1 it was but ended up getting hurt by the amount of creatine i had in my body. if you're a small person like me 2g a day is more than enough.
Good luck convincing Gregg 😂
Had a friend who ended up in the ER cuz his kidneys were filled with creatine. He never drank water tho so if you’re going to take it make sure you’re hydrating.
I thought the point when taking creatine was to drink water.
@@ScionStorm1 It was in the energy drinks he was drinking. He drank a lot of soda as well , probs mixed in it instead lol
I did 10 for 3 months and became an absolute monster, even at my landscaping job a completely blew my coworker's production rates out of the water. I ate tons of fish tons of veggies and traditional Chinese meals. And my favorite was Shepards pie with about a lb of beef and veggies...fantastic
You should definitely make a video in which you transform Jacks chest, he looks good except his chest which is lacking tremendously
💪🏼💪🏼💪🏼💪🏻💪🏻
It takes 3 weeks onwards to get it to kick in not 2 weeks, also by overloading on it to get it into your system quicker you can end up with stomach cramps.
U need to become a movie editor
I found a book cover that might contain a level from the last knights.
What was your before and after bodyweight?
Not just that👀
Inprovements could possibly just be from getting good at doing the test alone, after doing them to failure on the first one and then having enough to recover and train more after 2 weeks.
I came off it (1st October) getting pain on my right hand side.
And yes....i was drinking plenty of water.
JACK DID WORKOUT TO FAILURE THEN HE HAD GOOD REST! thank you
