Ima just leave this here. The law will not favor Chris if he went to the police about this. Virginia is a one-party consent state. Chris clearly doesn't understand that when you're out in public you have zero expectation of privacy baring very limited circumstances (doctors office, lawyers office, changing room at the pool, fitting room at a store or public bathroom stall at the mall) therefore people are perfectly within their rights to film or photograph him without asking first.
There is plenty of court precedent backing this up going all the way back to the dawn of secret video surveillance at businesses and stores becoming at thing in the late 70's/early 80's, in fact the average person is on camera around 300 times a day without even realizing it.
If he is dumb enough to go make a pest of himself by harassing store managers over someone taking a snap of him in the parking lot he's going to end up being arrested for disorderly conduct and being a public nuisance.
