For the first time I am watching your video . I will start to practise Yoga as shown in your videos .
I was taking Bisoprolol for BP/Stress for about 10 years, after shifting job to KSA. Now after 4 months of regular yoga sessions by Saurab, I got this medicine knocked out! Yoga and Pranayam increase nitric oxide in our body, improves endothelial function and results in lowering of BP. 🙏🏻
