I had forgotten to watch the SOTU speech while it was being delivered so you can imagine my shock when, all at once, out of nowhere there began a great and tremendous series of thunderous explosions! I was working in my shop when the first blast rattled the windows and jolted dust from every surface. Then, one after another, the blasts began to come on in more and more rapid succession until it sounded like popcorn in the microwave. Frightened and confused as to what this could possibly be, I crouched next to my work bench. Thinking it must be some impossible artillery barrage rolling across the city to our south, I sprang up and sprinted into the house for my rifle. Once armed I peered out to see what was happening and all at once it dawned on me - President Trump made his speech! Looking out at the flashes, flames, rising clouds of dust and billowing plumes of smoke which spread across the panorama before me and I couldn't prevent myself from smiling. I put down my carbine and turned to my badly frightened wife. I held out my hand and said "It's ok honey. It's just liberal heads exploding." :)
