Thank you for your attention.
I will take the opportunity to give you my preferences.
First, I am a man in my fifties in good physical condition but with a slight sciatic nerve problem. Fast floor exercises are therefore more complicated for me.
To be brief, here are my favourite routines.
Weekend: 10 to 15-minute exercise with 10 to 15-minute full stretching session. (Very important for my condition.)
For the evening after work: Exercise sessions of 4000 to 5000 steps are my favourite. My time is still limited.
From time to time make the exercise more demanding. I use light weights to increase resistance.
I especially love this video because there are lateral movement movements. Staying in one place on the mat can become redundant at times.
The choice of music is perfect, your presence is pleasant. I have long watched other personal trainers who had very little enthusiasm in making us come back to their videos.
