Hier hat eine sich mal ganz was schönes ausgedacht ❤ Hier kommt kein Bewegungsmuffel zu irgendwelchen Ausreden 😂 Absolut Klasse und viel Geschick im Zusammenstellen der Übungen nach Musik!! Wie in der Disco 😊 Schön. Macht Spaß. Für Anfänger geeignet, aber auch für Fortgeschrittene. Und wem es zu langweilig ist, der nimmt Gewichte dazu. Ich bin begeistert! Definitely not a 5000 step workout. I did extra steps inbetween sets/moves and still barely hit 3500.
Yes. I counted it. Its 120 by minute. So... it is frustrated I prefer something longer and real
Maibe they count more for the force exersice and arms, but just steps dint concide
