@Joshua Jung Having more line items doesn't make taxes more complicated. It's still just very basic math. Accountants aren't paid for the math part as any moron can do that, they get paid to find ways to pay less tax in (hopefully) legal ways. The only reasons I see to refuse to release them seems to be because he is either doing something illegal or his businesses aren't doing as well as he claims them to be doing.

Even if he didn't want to release the taxes that are being audited (if that's even happening), why can't he release older years' taxes? At most, an audit would only take a couple years; actual complex taxes for actual large companies tend to be under audit for two to three years, tops. So Trump, what's stopping you from releasing your taxes from five, seven, ten years ago?

I am increasingly alarmed and disturbed by Trump's fumbling of words, as well as his occasionally slurred speach. His rambling, his apparent confusion at times, and his increasing- and it IS increasing- lack of any sort of filter/judgment of what is appropriate to say in a given situation: ALL of these, when taken as a whole, are more frightening than funny, as they are early signs of senile dementia. Trump is a proud man, and nobody- EVER- wishes to face the fact of their own decline, but I truly believe that we are witnessing this happening to our president. I'm a little sad for him that this is all occurring before cameras and for all the world to see, but I'm far more frightened for our country. Even a more humble man would likely not do this by choice, but a president who genuinely cares for The People- and cares about this nation's best interests- would, ideally, step down and resign from office. That would take real bravery, however, and- unfortunately for the rest of us, who are simply along for the ride- true humility at its best.

Did anyone who replied to what I wrote actually READ what I wrote? I have no idea to what "excuses" you refer. As for politics, my comments made no mention of my own personal beliefs or my feelings regarding Mr.Trump's politics; I DID make mention of one aspect of his character, because- having known several people near the ends of their lives, to have witnessed the struggle especially with that part of accepting you need to move to hospice care, but also simply the fear and shame which come when a person suddenly cannot command their mind or body as they always have- this seemed relevant to me. Crazy policies and dementia are separate issues entirely. Each is frightening in it's own way, but the vulnerability of this one at least I can understand. I find it sad that you judge me negatively on the basis of really just acknowledging that a person is aging and in possession of a human body. Is this who we are now? The most satisfying part of that press Conference was when he said his "approval ratings from the black community were the highest in US history"- another reporter retorted to this saying his approval ratings were a measly 8%!

Seriously, how Trump can still have 44% approval rating is an eternal mystery to the rest of the world. And how any1 can see that insane performance by Trump and still think, u Americans have a president rather than a demented gameshow host is beyond me. And its even more beyond me, if ppl could see that "press conference" and still not think, that Trump has serious cognitive, mental and psychological issues.
I always thought the masses were dumb but I didn't put it at 44%. And that's not even including the legitimately dumb people who happen to be Democrats.

"Hillbillies"? The Koch brothers and other rich capitalists have been pouring money into the Republicans and kill-all-services, destroy-the-poor conservative rich men agendas for years. That's the key reason for this fiasco. Don't just blame the "hillbillies", ignored in Washington by both sides, gambling on risky change in desperation. Wealth is concentrated in very few hands in the US, and those with it, didn't spend a cent on education, our youth (destroyed by student debt), the drug crisis, or (Obamacare was the exception) healthcare, for the rest of us. Look at, say, West Virginia, as just one example of the resulting ruin. If ignorance elected Trump, it's reaping what was sown by those who *could* have made a difference. Both parties share fault. Mrs. Clinton was clearly clueless and corrupt, if not a dangerous gangster and wannabe autocrat like Trump.
After the great depression, the wealthy realized that america rejected their ideals of selfishness and knew republicans would never win an election ever again, so they poured billions and billions of dollars into think tanks, which are disinformation campaigns meant to sway popular opinion into one of selfishness. One that would end up only serving the rich. Fox News is only a recent extension of that campaign, run by a wealthy Australian who gets his rocks off by manipulating the populaces of multiple 1st world nations (US, UK, Australia).
It depends on who tells you the approval ratings. One side will tell you it's high, and the other side will say it's the lowest of any president. Honestly I think they lied to everyone when they said it was 44%. But it also fluctuates, depending on what Trump does.
