If you look at articles about someone who's been convicted of murder, the press never refers to the person as an actual murderer, they always refer to the person as a "convicted" murderer. Due to ethical and liability issues, they always have to follow the guidelines of due process when it comes to criminal and civil offenses.

Those people are then becoming violent with police officers around the country, this has been happening long before the events in Chicago. What happened in Chicago is simply an extension of what we've been seeing for a long time.

That pledge in those rallies is one of the scariest things I've seen in American politics in the last few years. Your leaders should strive to earn your loyalty, not force you to show it.
The guy who got sucker punched said he was n-o-t protesting. He said some one swore at people in his group and then security removed the black fellow in the group. While being removed, he was sucker punched. By the way, protestors didn´t cancel the rally. Trump did. Chicago Police said there was no reason to cancel the rally, but Trump didn´t consult them before cancelling.

Second off, the protesters are in full accordance with their constitutional right to assembly, whereas Trump, advocating violence and spouting hate speech, is inching closer and closer towards indictment.
That doesn't change the fact that if the protesters weren't there, they wouldn't have been attacked. So unless you think that Trump supporters are so violent, that they would have still been violent, even with nobody there, the protestors do have some accountability.
How is protesting an assault-able offense? If they are against what the man is saying, if they find it objectionable on a legal and moral level, and even if they don't, they have the right to show their objection.
