I work with horses and although I’ve never been bitten (almost a few times) I have had my foot stepped on and almost got walked over by a very sweet one year old colt.

Iran backs the anti-government rebels in Yemen, so either some entity in Iran did it, or they provided the weapons to the rebels in Yemen so they could do it.
The U.S., and U.K. are backing the government of Yemen because Saudi said the rebels previously shot missiles towards Saudi Arabia....and we are helping Saudi Arabia because we like their oil....and we like the money they send us to buy military hardware.
