I am scared about the reaction from his supporters though. I'm not American, nor journalist, nor woman, but I'm ashamed. It's depressing to see a professional being treated like that in front of the world and there's no one to call him out.
I do not get how everyone assumes sexism from Trump in that remark. It was unforgivable and unacceptable; impossibly rude. But there's no evidence that he said it because she was a woman. And given his hostility towards the media, it seems far more likely he said it because she was a reporter. He is certainly sexist, but here... would it have been better if he'd said it to a male journalist? If anything it was debatably feminist/equalist to not treat her gingerly.
It is possible he had her sex on the brain while he said it. But I see no reason to assume it without some kind of evidence. I just want him to be torn down for his actions in such a way he has no defense. So I don't want to waste my time on calling him sexist here, as he can defend against that. From what I saw of the press conference he did not want to take Kavanaugh questions, but that reporter pushed to open the gate, and so he took other Kavanuagh questions. Also, when he said the other reporter doesn't usually think, I believe that was a crack about the media not thinking. When someone is rude to everyone and then is rude to women, that doesn't mean he is being sexist, it means he is being rude. Trumo is an ass, and he is likely a sexist ass, but I didn't think he was being sexist so much as he was just being an asshole to the media.

While I hate Trump with all my guts, I think this can be because that he wanted to answer Kavanaugh question later and trade questions first. So he came back to answer those.

Well, you're not entirely wrong as some schools in that region do retell that history as a fight involving proud countrymen fighting for their rights (ironic, when you consider the slavery angle) but be careful, please. What I find amazing is the amount of trust that will be placed in someone simply because they make religious pronouncement.
