Keyword is it's a DOJ GUIDELINE to not indict a sitting president. Guideline, not a law or something in the Constitution. So as far as I can tell, technically they could indict Trump.
If the reason Trump is not being charged is because he's currently president, something about that should be changed.
Either it should be possible to charge a president with a crime if there is sufficient reason to think they have committed one (or many), or, when the situation indicates sufficient evidence for the possibility of such misconduct, that president should be put into a not presidential position that allows being accused of a crime, at least until the trial ends.
A president should not be able to break the law without consequences just because they are president.
I think Nixon said something similar to that (approximately: 'when the president does it it's not a crime') and it was not thought to be true. If a crime is committed, it is still a crime, regardless who does it.

Has 4 sections and not one of them give the President the power to do whatever he/she wants, like a Dictator. Congress has the power of checks are balances when it comes to the President. Plus it also states in section 4 that the President can be impeached by Congress for crimes committed.

We need to pass some laws to pause the statutes of limitation so he can't use being in office as a time-waster to get off on all these charges. Statute of limitation should be an out if prosecutors failed to take legal action, not if they were prevented from taking it while they totally intended/wanted to.

The report wasn't about "exonerating" Trump, it was about bringing certain facts to the fore. The only way Trump could be exonerated would be if he was actually charged and put on trial. The report wasn't about JUDGING Trump. Just presenting facts. It's up to Congress to take that info and put Trump on trial.

He also stated on multiple occasions that he cannot indite a sitting president, so even if people wanted to prosecute trump, they couldn’t. The word exonerate has only been used by trump and his team with the implication that he’s totally innocent. Mueller has at no time said Trump is guilty of anything, he has however said that he has found enough information to mean that he cannot rule out certain crimes. You’re trying to spin what’s in black and white here. Mueller has been very clear.
If Article Two allowed Trump to do anything he wanted then it would have been er, Article One.
