For example: A person dislikes a group for whatever reason. Another person likes that group. You see the problem, this specific group would need to disappear and remain in order to execute the wish, making it do literally nothing.
These are not the natural consequences of everyone having food and shelter taken care of. There are a lot more needs than these, but having these taken care of would go a long way to giving everyone the opportunity to help others and progress society.

Alright, let's try and fix this. Make housing much more affordable everywhere. Make it so everyone always has as much food as they need. Healthy food to be more precise. And let there always be a peaceful solution betwen two feuding countries that benefits everyone. And make global warming not a problem anymore. Saying to reverse it entirely sounds like it might lead to another ice age.
While better than this guy's wording, it could still mess up. More affordable housing everywhere could lead to a shortage of housing. The food one can't really mess up. Or the solution to conflict one. But making global warming no longer a problem? Could simply end up making people stop caring about it. After all, it's only really considered a problem if people care about it, no matter what the actual effects of it are.
The most confusing countries where. Greenland: one would assume to be full of green, always sunny but instead full of ice. Iceland: one would assume to be an icy landscape, snowing and cold but no very beautiful and full of green and nature a plenty.
