Trained a guy at work today that called himself the whitest Hispanic. I said you don't know Joe Gerrero (sorry of I butchered your name) he said "yo the after prison show guy is Hispanic?" I was just blown away that he watches APS too.

A charcuterie board would probably be pretty easy for people in prison. Some crackers, some pieces of cheese from a cheese block and maybe some cheese dip, some summer sausage and pepperoni just served cold and you’d have a very simple charcuterie board without even needing to have things smuggled in from the kitchens. A charcuterie board can be as simple or as fancy as you like really. The “essence” of it is really to just have at least one type of crackers, one type of cheese and one type of meat, having more on it is just a bonus. It’s a prison meal that can be prepared without a microwave or even hot water...
Nah charcuterie is all meat and showcasing the chefs skill in processing different cuts, you ain't gonna get terrine and pate in prison, your talking about a weak ass cheese board with a awful sausage, you talking out your ass for real

Imagine if they feed the prisoners with only MRE versus frutarian diet. I feel the prisons should have a garden in the prison yard. I feel prisoners should be able to buy more fresh fruits and vegetables in commissary. Then again that will probably make you a target.
Nah, if their was a garden everybody would love that shit. They's segment the plots by gangs but come together peacefully as it pays for everyone to keep it a neutral free zone. You don't want to be the guy who fucks up every-bodies food.

Joe youre one of the only prison channels that seems to not still be institutionalized...you and Dr. Larry are my favorite prison channels..ive dont jail time and halfway house and even a couple stays in the psych ward but never went to prison...my 2nd DUI scared me enough and I finally quit drinking.

Preheat the oven to 375 F.
Place the peanuts in a large bowl. Sprinkle with the remaining ingredients, mixing well. Lay the seasoned peanuts in a single layer on a large baking sheet lined with parchment paper and cook in the preheated oven until the brown sugar on the peanuts forms little crystals, about 15 min. Watch carefully to make sure the peanuts don't burn. Remove the peanuts form the oven, separate and cool.
Puree the cooled peanuts to desired consistency in a food processor, about 1 min for smooth peanut butter, less for chunky. Store in the refrigerator in an airtight container. Remember, since this contains no preservatives, it has a very short shelf life - about 2 weeks, even when refrigerated.

Here's a pro tip, mix that hot chocolate with that farina and make it taste good.
