happens in jail too. I only did 30 days but when It was about 8 pm and I was getting out 1 minute after midnight I held up the last commissary item I had left (bag of Doritos) and asked if anyone wants these and all 3 other guys in the cell came up like birds waiting for a piece of bread.

Ha ha! I had 3 pair of Tims.And I had a levi Jean jacket, and levis. the Jean jacket sucked. it wasn't warm. the state jacket was warmer. I left ALL that shit!! the really sad thing was, I had MAD $$ in prison.
why? because both my parents passed away (6 months apart). I had my inheritance. bad thing was, I blew the rest of it on dope when I got out. Thank God, I got clean. great video!

IlllIlII I've known a lot of junkies, benzo addicts and alcoholics who were detoxing in jail and were essentially sick while locked up, sounds fucking awful, staff doesn't give a fuck unless you have a seizure, a stroke or die, they just let them shake and puke as long as they're detoxing with only ibprofen to help, only in rare situations would the staff actually send them to the hospital where they needed to be.... Watch "requiem for a dream", it's just like how it is at the end of the movie with the jail staff and the guy's arm, watch the movie and you'll get what I mean... Bottom line is they don't give a fuck unless you're at risk of dying to the point where they could get sued for negligence!

I stopped smoking cigarettes cold turkey when my grandmother passed away from cancer. It's been like three months and can't stand the thought of smoking, but I do vape now. Who knows what the long term effects of that are.

tom cripps ; Every prison has different rules. All of them that I've been in except one allowed musical instruments if your custody level wasn't high. Some wouldn't allow you to take them back to your cell...you had to leave them in an area set aside for practicing...and yes, sometimes stuff left there would be stolen or broken.We even had concerts by convict bands on rare occasions.

B Man here . . . Joe , one addition to the prison clothing line up would have to be some shorts , especially in the western states . Sure , depending upon the institution , location , level , but most Cali joints will allow walking or athletic shorts in certain colors only . Things have undoubtedly changed since I was inside , but as said , most of these places are remote and hot . Just don’t be chopping up any State Property tho , cuz it won’t be in your possession for too long after an uncool CO spots em . Just sayin . . . So glad I got the clue . . Haven’t seen the inside in 20 years . Thanx Joe , for givin us The Real ! Peace !
