SUMMARY
-The main goal of the metabolic diet is to reset certain organs like the pancreas and liver. Afterward, they will start working in a new way, which will even out your metabolism and bring it to a normal state.
-Regular metabolism, or type A, is the one that slim and fit people have; lazy metabolism, or type B, is the one that overweight people have. The body of a person with excess weight is unable to properly dispose of glucose.
-The first stage is aimed at making the pancreas stop producing an incredible amount of insulin. In fact, it's a low-carbohydrate stage of the metabolic diet. The first stage is divided into 8 weeks. Every day, you should consume no more than 0.8 oz of carbohydrates.
-The best thing is that at stage two you’ll be losing weight, which is why it should last as long as necessary to allow you to get rid of all the extra pounds. And there's only one rule for this time interval: you shouldn't consume more than 2.1 oz of carbohydrates per day.
-Stage 3 should be followed for the rest of your life. If you want to maintain your perfect figure for the rest of your life, calculate the number of calories needed for your weight. Don't forget that your gender, age, and physical activity.

Moderation doesn't work when I'm eating pancakes, waffles, donuts, sugary cereal, ice cream, pie, cake, cookies, etc. I don't eat each of these every day and I moderate it, but then I just go ahead and eat a different sugary item.
I'm one of those that has an insanely slow metabolism, I gain weight if I eat more than one meal a day. I lost 100lbs in about a year by drinking only water, one meal per day, and as little carbohydrates as possible. For me sticking to mainly fats and then proteins works wonders. The majority of my diet now is different meats, dairy and a little bit of bread every now and then

Congratulations! One day, one eat aka intermittent fasting actually works if you can eat once a day. Some of my friends try it and boom, they lost weight.

Here’s a tip for dieting : DO NOT eat sugar free deserts since they contain sweeterners instead of sugar which are worse for u than sugar, artificial sweeteners can cause rickets etc.
they mean the type that don't have sweeteners at all or sugar at all. also maybe even honey because little does anyone know in factories they use either: 7UP, Miranda, or sugar. but other than that sugarless desserts (with no sweeteners) shouldn't be a prob;em

Bumbleli Gaming there are healthy sugar substitutes. You can use natural lower glycemic foods. Or use monkfruit, stevia, erythrotol (so?) etc. Dates and fruits are healthier choices too. They have more sugar but also more nutrients. And I agree with Kenny, make things yourself then you can customize them and have a rule only to eat things you make. Everything in moderation and choosing healthy ingredients is key. Deprivation will backfire every time.
Bumbleli Gaming I refuse to eat or drink anything with saccharin or sucralose (like Splenda or the pink packets) because my grandma made sugar free chocolate chip cookies for my diabetic grandpa and used sugar substitutes. She died of a brain tumor, no family history of it. So no thank you! It’s poison!

Margarine was a chemically made fattener for mass produced turkeys actually and it is only one molecule away from being plastic. Bottom line, stay away from it. Choose grassfed butter i stead. Its way better for your body.

Metabolism activates during the time we don't eat, and during the sleep. But, also when we freeze a little.
It deactivates during the time when we eat, which explains why we gain weight if we do a lot of snacking between the meals...

I wish all healthy and nutricious foods were inexpensive and available for every single person but there's a reason why junk, overly processed, unhealthy foods are cheaper and easily accessable.
Meat and veggies aren’t expensive actually. Packet of chicken at Walmart to feed a family of 8 or 9 is 5$ a head of broccoli 3$ brown rice 3$ boom dinner under 20$ and it’s healthy and oh no gym ? Take a walk. No excuses you only limit yourself.

S 1, Intermittent fasting is when you fast for a certain amount of hours in a day. For example, a popular method is fasting for 16 hours and for the remaining 8 hours you can eat. Boo R I was surprised she added oats to the bad list with bread. My doctor told me if I ate oatmeal every day, my cholesteral should drop. But overall, this is a good video and I need to focus to get on Track.
Vegetable oils are ok buf margarine contains a lot of nast ingredients like conservans and contains tran fats.

There's plenty of healthy things to eat that you can get addicted to ❤ the problem is that junk food is sooo much cheaper. My bf and I can spend $200 on groceries when in reality if you buy 1 of everything off of something like the Tacobell menu, its under $100 dollars, like around $80 i think.

I walk 30 days non-stop, straight days. 4km everyday. From day 1 I didn't watch my food. I was just adding walk into my routine. But on day 14th, I was able to control my food intake. Day 21st, I installed calorie counter app. And this is the day that 4km walking is no longer hard for me. Its so easy until I have more energy to spent. So on 23rd day I started to go to gym. Adding weight lifting into my habit. I started one-by-one. Stage by stage based on my body progress. I lose 2.8kg in 28days without pushing anything.

That‘s what makes you hungry. Because your body realize it’s fake sugar after 20-30 minutes and wants real sugar. That’s when you get that extrem hunger feeling. Probably the most „dangerous“ trap.

Ive been on a diet: i ate just 1200 ish cals a day and lost almost 5 kg in 6 months. It went slow, but I guess thats a sign of it not being extremely unhealthy.

Counting calories works for me...but keeping track record each day a bit of work to do. The best is metabolic diet as explained, reduce/avoiding sugar, starchy foods n oils. last both exercise to burn fats n gain muscle...

Right now I am going to a weight loss doctor who gives me a hunger suppressor to help with my journey. I am on a 1000 calorie diet and use myfitnesspal to log my daily consumtion to keep track...it's free and has a scanning ap inside for easy tracking, it also has search bar for foods at restaurants and keeps a memory of your logged foods for easy finds. You can always change the portions before entering for the times you eat more or less of a food. It is a great way to keep your goal. I also have a treadmill and walk 2 miles a day...I listen to Abraham Hicks videos (3 during walking) while wearing Bluetooth headphones carrying my phone to track my steps (Sprint Health). If you don't have a treadmill, join a gym and only go in for the 2 mile walk everyday. Wear your workout gear there and take a bottle if water & a hand towel with you. Be sure to sit and cool down afterwards...in your car driving is good, go home to shower the toxins you sweat out.
So two month's of ketogenic dieting before going on a low carb diet? Nothing too special about it. I will try it with the warrior diet intermittent time plan and see how it works for me.
ketogenic is below 30 grams net carbs. preferably 0. all over 30 grams is not longer considered a fully ketogenic diet. It could be classified as a keto type diet but a more accurate term is low carb.

How do you weigh a carbohydrate? Because carbohydrate Foods all have different weights so .2 Oz of 1 carb is different from .2 oz of another carb and may have nothing to do with how many carbohydrates are in the carb itself.

Weight watchers starter pack I ended up getting food poisoning from it. Some of the meals were expired and I missed seeing the due dates on some of the packs in the box. That was my worst.
