    It helps me so much I drink 1-2 glasses per day and I feel more happy and energised at day and my dreams became really vivid

    I can completely detest to this. I have depression & anxiety & when I started fermenting my Kefir I noticed a HUGE CHANGE with my depression & the natural serotonin this produces from our gut to our brain it's been an AMAZING journey. I feel the happiness right away I cannot go a day without it.
    You can also Google Kefir share in your state & lots of people will share there grains for free. Just to put that out there as well as Scoby's & Kefir water grains.. I'm super into fermenting lots of stuff. Kimchi, beans, yogurt I make myself but it's a way different way then just allowing the grains to set & ferment you boil the milk to 180 degree then you allow it to cool a bit before you add the yogurt culture it's by far the best Greek yogurt out there. There's so much to fermentation people truly need to educate themselves on this is just AMAZING

    Thanks for this video. I started drinking goats milk kefir before bed 2 months ago and it vastly improves my sleep, and gives me energy in the morning. I am going to start making water kefir too!

    Use goat milk..Just started raw goat milk kefir..but goat milk is expensive..(even in india). 20 to 30 degree celcius for goat kefir..

    I made water kefir for a few weeks, but it was giving me gastrointestinal discomfort and crampy loose stools, so I had to stop. For some reason kombucha works for me.

    Hi i have just started making and drinking kefir a few days ago ,was just wondering how much should i drink a day ?i was hoping to have some in the morning and have one before bed ?if any body could help with that I'd be grateful 😀and great video 😀👍

      I drink 4-8 ounces 6 days per week.
      My baby is on 2 ounces every other day

      Ok could i have more than that I'f i wanted ?i was thinking about working up to having a pint in the morning ,,and a pint before bed ,so 2 pints a day ,would that be to much ?i haven't got a clue if there is a limit to how much i should have 😀

      @@jaxr6067 More than 8 ounces per day of kefir made with LIVE KEFIR GRAINS is too many probiotics in your digestive track.
      Store bought kefir or coconut milk kefir is not near as powerful.
      Also be sure to be drinking at least 64 ounces of water per day as well.
      Your body is detoxing therefore its important to stay hydrated.

      Ok IL just stick to 8 ounces a day 👍IL have 4 ounces in the morning and 4 ounces at night before bed ,i had a cup before bed last night and had brilliant night sleep 😀i appreciate you getting back to me ,😀thanks ,
