      @@brandongordon2521 I had incredibly bad eczema for years which altered my life, ALL over my body, itchy, raw, sore, red and not even one week after drinking kefir it was gone and I mean completely gone, not even a mark. I also used to be incredibly bloated when I eat and now there is no change at all, I can eat a lot of food and my stomach is completely flat. It also just helps me feel better and gives me energy. I woke up yesterday with an annoying headache. I had my daily kefir smoothie for breakfast, and I kid you not, I felt my headache subsiding within minutes. I'm almost 30 days in with drinking 16 oz. of kefir everyday, and I'm feeling less anxious, and my sleep is improving. I'm on this stuff for life! Hi Mark Maxwell I drink regular whole milk from Walmart. I guess that means it's paturized. I never paid attention to it. I also switch it up from time to time by mixing 3/4 cup of coconut milk to whole milk. It's creamier and tastier.

      @@kathleenzimmerman8227 good evening to you my friend. Thank you for reaching out to me. A friend of mine shared the tibicos grains with me about 3 months ago. I've been drinking the Tibicos or water kefir three times a day. I usually take 6 to 7 Oz each time though. I've been more energized, sleeping better, I use the bathroom easier and my breath is fresher than ever. The instructions are : to use purify water. To use pure sugar cane, specially the thick sugar can. It's depend on amount of the grains of kefir or Tibicos that you have, for instance let's say You have about 6 oz of tibicos grains. You have to add about 2 to 3 bottles of 16 oz of water, plus add about 3 or 4 tablespoons of sugar. But remember to get the thick or hard pure Brown sugar cane. Break it into pieces to evaluating their size equal to a tablespoon. By the way you can call me and I will give you more explanation. 786 897 1791 I live in South Florida. • @fidanbakirova3769
      @fidanbakirova3769 Před 4 lety +1

      Kefir word come from a turkish word "keyf" , aka "pleasure, joy ". Therefore it was even called keyfir. The name could be given due to the state you get into, if you drink much kefir, just because it contains alcohol. I also read an article which says kefir microbes increase the level of serotonin in blood and as a result you feel better and happier if you drink kefir regularly. I would personally contribute the name to the latter reason. Don't think very little alcohol amount in kefir can make a person drunk.

I never eat sugar of any kind or wheat and I certainly wouldn't touch GM food or processed rubbish, most of my health problems have improved immensely but recently I started getting bad eczema, I think its a stress thing, I get a flare up after going to the gym but then a day later it calms down, I think my immune system is keeping it at bay but only just!

      Okay, Edmund Ford, I think you may not get hurt my friend if you drinking a cup, two or three cups a day. As you know if you like certain type of food, basically, you are the boss and you eat as much as you want from that dish. Or a drink that you like as long as it's not alcohol. You could drink as much as you want to. But it's an old saying/ tell. Whatever you do, but too much of it may be annoying or you may get hurt. But moderation in everything is a perfect model. And enjoy your water kefir. I've been using it for about 2 months but it is just a water kefir. I've been drinking about three cups a day just 10 ounces and I am fine.

      Martin Jr what would benefit is coconut milk kefir. Also, separately, eat ( yes, eat - by the teaspoon full) raw organic cold pressed coconut oil.

    Thank you so much for this helpful video. I am going to be making kefir at home very soon, waiting on the life grains to arrive. I have only just started the process of losing weight (need to lose around 100lb) I also have fibroids. I will certainly keep you posted :)
