I just ordered some Kiefer kernels and they should be here in a few days. I’m 67 years old and I just a couple of days ago found out the importance and the benefits of kefir. I bought a couple of bottles of kefir at sprouts to get started on before I can make my own. So is drinking it at night the best time because I made it this morning in a smoothie. (I Love the flavor of it!) I rarely sleep well and haven’t since 2000 when they removed my entire colon because of ulcerative colitis. I always get up several times in the night needing to go to the bathroom and it always takes a while to get back to sleep. Thank you for your input😊

I do have the worse case of leaky gut, ibs and candida. Major histamine issues. Suffering for over a year. I’ve literally tried EVERYTHING under the sun and I’ve started to introduce raw milk kefir. While being on a carnivore diet I’ve been able to slowly increase every week working up to 4 oz per day. Feeling so MUCH better.! My Hashimoto is now in remission 🥹 Thanks to kefir 🙏🏻❤

Thanks for providing this for the community. My daughter is, I think, Reiki 2. I know plenty of people personally that do reiki on themselves. I’m a “healer” as I’ve healed myself for over 20 years, but not trained professional. ❤

I absolutely love you! You were a rock bc you NEVER portrayed anything but amazing beautiful LIGHT! I am finally out of a horrifically toxic relationship. It took me so long to be able to see the person who was supposed to be "my husband" and my protector in the true light that God showed me. I learned a lot and I first learned that I didn't ask permission from God to marry this man. I started EMDR therapy - and the first session- rocked my world for 3 weeks. God knew I was ready to see this thing that I attached myself to. The physical, emotional, spiritual, soul smashing pain came out and God showed me that I was on the wrong path. I am now 1 year and 3 months out of that tortuous blackness. I am working with a therapist but I'm not doing all that I need to do to heal. Thank you for being so brave and telling your story. You are a perfect example that you cannot judge a book by its cover. It the hardest thing that I have ever had to do but I did it! You did it!
