Day two: I felt tired at the end but for the most part easy
Day three: Rest day :)

Well this is my 2nd week of exercise to this video, 3 times a day and it is working. I seen results on day 4 and still seeing results. I'm not one to check my weight. Hi so I started today and I will do a daily check up and I won't exercise on Sundays
Day 1: pretty good I weight 138 and I'm 11 so I'm over weight and today I did this exercise 3 time I used to weight 140 so I lost 2 pounds (btw I started a week ago so I'm restarting)
Day 2: it was a lot more hard but I got threw it and my belly looks a bit smaller
Day 3: I LOST A POUND 😊 I WEIGHT 137 NOW YAYAYAYAY

Im gonna try this before a party (in a few weeks) I want to lose weight because I will be wearing a swimsuit and Im kinda insecure. Im going to drink a lot of water and try to eat a little less (Because I over eat sometimes) on top of this workout. Ill let you guys know how it goes in a week or so
(Edit) Its been a few days and I have seen a slight difference!

Startrd off fine, but once it got to the squats i was VERY SORE from the previous day 😅 the first round was okay. Second round was sweaty, third round was sore, but not as bad as yesterday. :)
