1 lb tripe
2 lb corned beef brisket
2 lbs beef shank
2 lbs chicken feet
season with👇🏾
2 tsp all purpose seasoning
2 tsp chicken bouillon
1 tsp seasoned salt
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
2 tbsp green seasoning
2 tbsp chinese sauce
1 cup small red peas
1 cup black eye peas
2 1/2 cups parboiled rice
1 large onion Chopped
8 cloves garlic minced
2 tbsp minced ginger
1 cup Chopped scallions
1 cup Chopped cilantro
1 cup Chopped basil
1 cup Chopped celery
1 cup diced bell peppers
thyme
habernero peppers (optional)
2 cups coconut milk
2 cups peas broth
2-3 cups meat broth
1 tbsp chicken bouillon
1 tbsp mushroom seasoning
1 tbsp cookup seasoning
1 tsp seasoned salt
1 tsp black pepper
1 tbsp brown sugar

What can you substitute the broth wince we may bot be able to get that here?
The broth came from the meats and peas I boiled and pressured. But you can just add all coconut milk or water.
