Great episode. So true about your dad we saw him about 6 years ago at a very small bar in NJ. He dis exactly what you said tonight, right after the show he was off to the side of the bar to talk to anybody. He even signed my magazine i have had since 75 of 76 i think. He was the best.

whats the deal with the money? Wonder if that was gross money. After expenses wonder what that was. I read where Butch took it all. Maybe the live takings dried up by 76? Interested to know if the takings were more in 78-80 when the band's star had waned as compared to the hey day.
it was a huge deal, and a massive story WAYYY too long for a youtube comment. But regardless, the band wants to look forward not backwards about it. They got the rights to the band's name and the rights to their past songs back recently, so they are as happy as they can be about the situation.
