This is my 2nd year as a fully dedicated hockey fan of the Wings. I followed the team casually when I was a kid during the late 2000’s cup runs and watched the cup clinching game in ‘08. This past game against the Avs has to be the most impressive hockey I’ve ever seen the boys play. Bravo! 👏

I guess crying about Edvinsson is the new ritual. Call me old fashioned but even though the NHL is the endgame goal I believe keeping him apart of the winning culture in GR is the gameplan until next season unless d men get moved out at the deadline.

Regular season against Phoenix in 1998.
Playoff against Nashville in 2008.
Playoff against Columbus, on the road in game 4, in 2009.
Detroit won all 4, they made the Cup Final all 4 seasons. They won the Cup in the first 3.

Chiarot was only on the ice because of the penalty. Because of the penalty walman and seider were out there to start ot then it went to a 4 on 4 and the 2nd line d came out usually it goes walman and seider taking turns on 3 on 3
